Why we exist
Skitrate is the AI-native growth agency. We're the one team that builds the asset, gets it found, fills it with customers, and runs it — AI doing the rote half, a human owning every outcome. No four vendors. No finger-pointing. One pod, one report, one number that has to go up.
Human judgment. AI horsepower.
Growth used to mean assembling a committee: an SEO agency, a paid-ads shop, a web studio, and a VA from a fifth marketplace — none of whom shared a Slack channel, let alone a goal. The founder became the project manager of their own outsourcing, and the work that actually moves revenue fell between the seams.
Then the ground shifted. AI made the rote half of every discipline — keyword maps, ad variants, first-draft pages, research, reporting — fast and nearly free. The agencies still billing by the hour didn't pass that on. We rebuilt the model around it instead: AI does the volume, a senior human owns the call, and one pod runs all four jobs at once.
That's why search now splits between Google and the machines buyers ask — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude — and why a page worth ranking has to be a page worth citing. We work both at the same time, because they're the same job now.
