Paid ads agency

Media buying that
answers to ROAS.

Meta, Google and TikTok run as one performance program, not three disconnected dashboards. A relentless creative testing matrix, tracking wired in before the first dollar moves, and a flat management fee — never a percentage of your spend. AI generates and sorts the variants; a human owns the number on your dashboard.

Why most paid programs leak

Impressions don't pay rent.

Most ad accounts are optimized for the wrong thing: reach, clicks, a "good" CPM — numbers that look fine in a screenshot and tell you nothing about whether the money worked. We run paid the other way around. The only metric that matters is return on ad spend, every campaign is tracked from impression to revenue, and budget moves toward what's actually converting before a losing ad can drain the month. AI handles the volume — generating and sorting hundreds of creative and audience variants — so a human can spend their judgment on the bets worth your budget.

01 One performance program

Meta, Google and TikTok are managed as a single budget with shared tracking and one weekly review — not three vendors each defending their own channel.

02 ROAS is the contract

We agree on the return target up front and report against it weekly. Vanity metrics live in the appendix; the headline is always the money.

03 Flat fee, aligned incentives

A flat monthly management fee — never a percentage of spend. We get paid the same whether your budget is $5k or $50k, so the incentive is efficiency, not bloat.

The platforms we run

Three platforms, one budget.

Each platform earns its share of the budget by performance, not by habit. We start where your buyers already are, prove the return, and only expand channels when the data says they'll pull their weight.

Meta — Facebook & Instagram

Demand-capture and demand-creation in one place. We build broad-targeting, creative-led structures that let Meta's algorithm find buyers — and feed it a steady stream of fresh angles so performance never goes stale.

  • Advantage+ and broad audience builds
  • Creative-first, not interest-stacking
  • Retargeting that doesn't burn the list

Google — Search, PMax & YouTube

Catch buyers at the moment of intent and defend your brand terms. We keep Performance Max honest with clean asset groups and exclusions, so it scales spend without quietly wasting it.

  • Search, Performance Max and YouTube
  • Negative-keyword and brand hygiene
  • Shopping feeds for ecommerce

TikTok & emerging

Native, scroll-stopping creative for the platforms where attention is cheapest right now. We treat TikTok as a creative engine — the formats that win here often go on to lift every other channel.

  • Spark Ads and creator-style assets
  • Hook-led testing at volume
  • Cross-channel creative learnings

The creative testing matrix

Creative is the new targeting.

Since the platforms now do most of the audience-finding, the lever you actually control is the ad itself. So we run a structured matrix — hook × format × angle × offer — and let real spend, not opinions, decide what wins. AI drafts and resizes the variants in hours; a human picks the angles worth testing and reads what the data is really saying.

  • Hooks. A dozen first-three-second openers per concept — the single biggest driver of paid performance.
  • Formats. Static, UGC-style video, motion and carousel, sized natively for each platform.
  • Angles. Pain, proof, comparison, FOMO — tested against each other, not assumed.
  • Offers. The framing of the deal, tested as rigorously as the visuals.

Tracking that survives privacy changes

If it isn't tracked, it didn't happen.

A paid program is only as trustworthy as its measurement. Before we spend a dollar we wire up server-side tracking, conversion APIs and a single source of truth that reconciles platform-reported results against what actually landed in your CRM or checkout. No blind spend, no "the platform says it worked" hand-waving.

Server-side events

Conversions API and GA4 server-side so iOS, ad-blockers and cookie loss don't blind your reporting.

One source of truth

Platform numbers reconciled against revenue in your CRM or store — we report the real figure, not the flattering one.

Clean attribution

UTM discipline and a defined attribution model, so every channel is judged on the same honest yardstick.

You own it all

Ad accounts, pixels, tracking and creative live in your accounts. Leave whenever you like and keep everything.

What you get every week

A report that says the money worked.

No 40-tab spreadsheet. One view, refreshed weekly, answering the only questions worth asking: is the return climbing, is the cost per result falling, and which creative is carrying the account? Here's the shape of a real engagement.

How it runs

Four steps to a profitable account.

01

Audit & target

We tear down your accounts, your tracking and your last quarter, then agree a ROAS target worth managing toward.

02

Wire the tracking

Server-side events, conversion APIs and the weekly dashboard go live before a dollar is spent — so every result is provable.

03

Launch the matrix

AI ships the creative volume; a strategist launches a structured test, reads the signal, and kills what isn't working fast.

04

Scale the winners

Budget follows return, winning creative gets iterated, and new platforms switch on only when the data earns them.

Part of a bigger engine

Paid is one channel of five.

Paid advertising lives inside our Growth & Demand pillar — one demand engine where every channel feeds the next, all tracked in a single dashboard with a human owning the number. Most accounts perform best paired with one or two siblings.

FAQ

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?+

Never. Percentage-of-spend pricing rewards an agency for spending more of your money, not for performing better. We charge a flat monthly management fee, so we get paid the same whether your budget is $5k or $50k. The only incentive that survives is efficiency — exactly what you'd want. This is the same principle that runs across our Growth & Demand pillar.

What's the minimum ad budget that makes sense?+

As a rule of thumb, paid starts working when there's enough budget to gather statistically meaningful data — typically a few thousand a month per platform. Below that, we'll often recommend starting on a single channel (or pairing paid with lead generation) rather than spreading a thin budget across three platforms where none gets enough fuel to prove out. We'll tell you honestly before you spend.

What exactly does the AI do versus the human?+

AI does the rote half: drafting and resizing dozens of creative variants, generating audience and copy permutations, sorting test results, and assembling the weekly report. A human owns the outcome: choosing which angles are worth testing, reading what the data actually means, killing losers, reallocating budget, and being accountable for your ROAS target. You always know which is which — nothing ships without a human signing off.

Who owns the ad accounts and creative?+

You do — always. We run everything inside your own ad accounts, pixels and tracking, and the creative we produce is yours to keep. There's no lock-in: engagements are month-to-month, and if you leave you walk away with every asset, every learning and a fully working account. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in this one.

How fast will I see results?+

First live tests run within about ten days of kickoff, once tracking is wired and creative is ready. Early signal — which hooks and audiences are working — shows in the first two to three weeks. The ROAS and cost-per-result improvements compound over the first quarter as the weekly loop trims waste and scales winners. Your roadmap sets explicit checkpoints so you always know if we're ahead or behind.
